What are virtual chips?
Virtual chips are non-monetary digital tokens used exclusively to play games on our platform. They exist solely for gameplay and entertainment — they cannot be traded, transferred, sold, or converted into real money under any circumstances.
Do virtual chips have real-world value?
No. Virtual chips hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or goods of any kind. Any chips you earn or purchase are for entertainment use only within the platform.
How can I earn more chips ?
There are several ways to earn free chips without making any purchase:
- Daily login rewards — collect a bonus every day you log in
- Level-ups — earn chips as you progress through the game
- Goals and challenges — complete in-game tasks for chip rewards
- Gifts— You can collect up to 3 gifted chip packages per day
Leaderboard— compete and earn chip prizes based on your final ranking
Can I transfer chips to another player?
No. Virtual chips are non-transferable between accounts. Each player's chips balance is entirely independent and cannot be gifted, sent, or shared with other players, with the exception of in-game gift features where available.
What happens to my chips if my account is inactive?
Chips do not expire under normal use. Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to our dormant account policy. You can contact the customer support to activate the account.
